# Shipping Policy

**Shipping Methods**
We ship orders using **USPS and UPS**, depending on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

**Processing Time**
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within **3–5 business days**. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

**Shipping Time**
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are generally:

* **USPS:** 2–7 business days
* **UPS:** 1–5 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

**Tracking Information**
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier's system.

**Shipping Address**
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

**Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages**
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS or UPS, the package is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. We may assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.

**Damaged Packages**
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package and products. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

**Shipping Rates**
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
